Terms & Conditions

The cancellation policy depends on the rate you have chosen (Please, refer to its name and see detail below at point 1, 2 and 3).

1) FREE CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation:

If cancelled up to 48 hours before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Prepayment:

No deposit will be charged.

2) NON REFUNDABLE CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & Prepayment:

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is Non Refundable.
The dates of the stay cannot be modified.
The credit card used when booking must be presented at check-in (+ see point 8).

3) GROUPS RESERVATIONS (> 4 rooms):

Special conditions are applied in the case of group reservations. Thank you to contact us on info@chateaudelaposte.be

4) PARKING

A free parking is at your disposal. You can park for free at 200 meters from the entrance of the castle. For reasons of safety, convenience and noise pollution, we ask you not to park elsewhere.
Of course a “kiss & ride” in front of the casteel is possible in order to drop off or pick up your luggage.

5) NO SMOKING HOTEL

We would like to recall our customers that our rooms and interior spaces are strictly NO SMOKING areas. In case of non-compliance with this rule, a fine of minimum € 100.00 will be charged to the room. Ashtrays are available on the terraces and on the porch. Thanks for your understanding.

6) CHILDREN / BABIES / EXTRA BED

Maximum 1 baby cot on request can be provided free of charge in the room.
Maximum 1 baby (less than 4 years old) or 1 child (less than 13 years old) sleeps free of charge in existing bedding.
No an extra bed available.

7) ANIMALS

Pets are not allowed in the hotel grounds.

8) IMPORTANT

Guests are required to show a valid photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that we cannot charge a CC without the authorization of the owner. Therefore, if the name on the ID card or passport is not matching the one on the credit card, a written permission from the card holder must be presented. (Form on request).

Please note that if no valid credit card is provided at check-in, payment will be requested immediately. A deposit of at least 50 € will also be requested in cash.

In the event of loss, neglect or deterioration of the material put at your disposal during your stay, you authorize the Domaine de Ronchinne SPRL (Chateau de la Poste) to collect the amount due on your credit card used as guarantee or on the caution.

When you check out, we ask that you always leave the keys at the reception and not in your room.
